Payment Terms

Payment terms are usually agreed upon in advance. Most major credit cards are accepted. Your payment card will be charged as soon as you place a purchase online. Theft of our merchandise via a credit card will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

After an order has been submitted, GLAMQUEENLUXE maintains the right to seek additional payment and shipment verification.

All international orders must be paid using PayPal. Orders placed outside of the United States that do not include PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled. Please accept my sincere gratitude for your patience.

SHIPPING

All GQLUXE WIGS READY TO SHIP WIGS are processed in 1-2 business days. Please there might be delays as we are still in a pandemic.

For custom made units processing time for the item is 5-10 days. Once your order is with us, we will process within 24 and shipping takes about 7-12 business days.

For the security of your purchase, ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package isn't able to be collected after several delivery attempts and is returned to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, delays due to the holiday or loss during postage

 

RETURNS

Exchanges and returns are not accepted. WIGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
